Menston Fire Restoration
We have recently completed a large fire restoration job following a fire in a block of 20 flats in the High Royds development at Menston.
The flats were home to 20 families, but all had to move out following the fire in May 2010. NLPS were contracted by the Harvest Housing Group to take on all works which included:
- Repairing the severly damaged roof whilst protecting the structure from the elements
- Drying out and repairing damage caused by extinguishing the fire
- Repairing damage caused to the electrics
- Refurbishing and restoring all affected flats to residents’ satisfaction
This was a complex multi-stakeholder project with a tight deadline, but we completed the works on time and on budget.
